2025 Bazaar Vendor Agreement

Each vendor will get a 10’x10’ space and that space available is on a first come, first serve basis.

A vending fee will be delivered by check written to Cohasset Community Association at 11 Maple Creek Ranch Road, Cohasset, CA 95973 or to @COHASSETCOMMUNITYASSOCIATION on Venmo to secure vending spot. The fee is $55 for non-CCA members and $45 for members. This fee includes 2 entry passes to the bazaar; any additional vendors/workers must purchase admission. (memo either form of payment as “vendor fee”. Cash can be paid in person during setup.

Each vendor must donate 1 item of their choice to the event’s raffle.

Vendors are responsible for their own moneys, including making change. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space cleaned up.

Vendor spot location is based on first come, first serve basis. Setup can begin as early as Friday, August 1st 5pm-7pm but there is no overnight security. Setup on Saturday, August 2nd is between 7am-9am. Gates open to the public at 9AM, music starts at 10AM. Out of respect for the musicians, booths must not be broken down until at least 7PM.
